An MoU between the National Archives of India and the National Documentation and Information Centre of Mozambique was signed on 29 November 2018 at Jawahar Lal Nehru Bhawan, New Delhi during the 4th Joint Commission Meeting between India and Mozambique on economic, culture, scientific and technical cooperation in the presence of the Hon'ble Minister of External Affairs, Smt. Sushma Swaraj
