The Section  also processes the applications received for the award of fellowships/scholarships under the Scheme of Tagore National Fellowships for Cultural Research. The panel of shortlisted candidates for the award of fellowships/scholarships are prepared and sent to the nodal officers of the Ministry of Cultural for consideration by the National Selection Committee of the Tagore National Fellowships.
